When travelling with minors, authorization must be obtained from both parents to allow the child to leave the country, made legal and stamped by a notary public. The presence of one parent still requires the authorization of the other in the terms mentioned above. If travelling with an infant, advise the airline in advance. Some companies provide cradles in comfortable and appropriate spots. Also take note that during takeoff and landing, infants must be held in an adult's arms.
